115 Evinrude 2 stroke not running but very good compression.
 
Vinyl flooring with solid foundation!
 
This boat was bought in a bulk purchase. Originally, I was going to make this a rental because it was very close to water ready but after further consideration, we decided we want to avoid the liability of this double decker for a rental. Also making room for storage!
 
We are working on this minor restoration and have already done the following:
 
-Quick pressure wash
-Left front lower seat re-upholstered the rest of the lowers and rear are in decent condition.
-Repaired hinges on rear covers
-Compression check that you can see in the images.
Replaced carpet on the top level.
 
As we continue to invest, we will be raising the price so act now and do it yourself and save some money!
 
Currently working on:
 
-Complete detail by Saints Detail scheduled in March now
-VINYL seat conditioners and dying
-Mechanical inspections will be done last if it does not sell.
